Responsibilities:


Core Responsibilities:


Financial Record Management: Maintain and manage financial records with accuracy and completeness.

QuickBooks Expertise: Use QuickBooks to manage, track, and reconcile financial transactions.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax documents.

Payroll Processing: Handle payroll processing, including wage calculation and distribution.

Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against the budget.

Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.


Day-to-Day Activities:


Transaction Recording: Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks.

Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis.

Invoicing: Create and send invoices to clients and follow up on payments.

Expense Tracking: Track and categorize expenses, ensuring proper documentation.

Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.

Customer Support: Provide support to clients and customers regarding billing and financial inquiries.

Report Generation: Generate and distribute financial reports as needed.
