How fast is Ultrafast Broadband?
Ultrafast Fibre Broadband can transfer voice and data up to 350Mbps (Megabits per second), but the exact speeds available at your business premise can vary. FTTC (Fibre to the Cabinet) connection can have a reduced speed due to the connection being Fibre then copper from the cabinet to your premises. FTTP (Fibre to the Premise) is an end-to-end fibre connection with internet speeds available from up to 350Mbps.
Can I get Ultrafast Fibre Broadband?
Fibre optic high-speed connectivity is available to approximately 10% of the UK, covering 2.5 million properties. We have several connection options available if a fibre path to your premise does not exist. BT announced that they are going to shut down their copper network by 2025.
